a 12 week program with a very detailed structure based around a push, pull, legs routine. the routine is to be performed twice weekly for each muscle group which comes to a total of 6 days a week. this program focuses on hypertrophy and every 5th week will be a testing week to test personal strength then followed by that will be a deload week for recovery and adjustment. this program is not recommended for people who haven’t had any previous experience in a gym but is recommended once you become acquainted with various exercises to ensure you know how to do each work-out plan and know the exercises.
